TERMS OF SERVICE
Commissioning customers must adhere and recognize to the following:
-The artist retain all rights to the work, including the right to distribute, reproduce, or use as self promotion.-Any commissioned work is to NOT be used in mass distribution, merchandise, converted into NFTs, utilized in AI Training, web articles, or political use.-All commercial use is prohibited unless agreed upon otherwise.-Commission work may be reposted or shared and used as self promotion by the customer on any platform (Twitch, Youtube, Twitter, Reddit, etc.). This includes using the image as a profile picture, banner, or any other personal advertisement.-The artist has every right to deny, cancel, and issue a refund to any commission.

Payment
-All prices in USD.-Final Price may vary and are decided by the commissioner.-Invoices will be made through Paypal in full.-Invoices that fail to be paid within a week of the invoice being sent will be cancelled.
Commissioned Work
-Commissions are fully rendered under three categories: Bust, Waist, Full body. Base Prices can be found under prices.-Prices are per character. Each customer may request up to 4 characters in one commission. Each additional character will be added to the quote for the customer's approval before payment.-Selected inquiries will be entered into a queue based on time of submission as well as be provided with a timeframe based on their position.
Commission Details
-Please describe to your best ability what you'd like your commission to look like. These include: reference images, text descriptors, sketches, or screenshots.-Please provide references for the character or subject when submitting. Additionally, you can provide a resource that will allow me to do my own research on the character.-Please provide clear descriptions of the context, content, and poses of your subject. These include: facial expressions, positions, outfits, props, angles, color palette etc.
Revisions
-During the sketch phase the customer is entitled up to 3 revisions via email. For all revisions, please provide thoughtful, well detailed changes you'd like to see.-Any revisions required that are a result of miscommunication will be negotiable.-Customer approval will be requested before transitioning to the final piece.-After final rendering, revisions will only extend to minor changes.
Submission Details
-Commissions will be submitted via Google Form.-Customers with accepted commissions will receive a reply to their provided email address containing a quote and invoice. When this invoice has been approved and paid by the customer, their commission request will be entered into the queue.-If a customer does not receive a response after a week, it means that the artist will not be accepting the commission at this time.
